Question About Water Heater 26310
water heater element bad?...

there is 240v going to water heater but no hot water. Have had alot of air in water recently. Went on a trip and when came home there was no hot water. Believe element bad. Would like to know how to change this out or does whole small 30gal tank need replacing--10 years old or so
