Question About Water Heater 6G40-36F1
Main Burner...

I have a problem with the Richmond Water Heater Model # 6G40-36F1. The pilot stays lit but when I turn it to the on position or low setting it goes out. We repeat the process again and every time I turn it to the ON process it goes out. Any suggestions on as to why it keeps doing this?
