Question About Oreck Vacuum Cleaner MODEL AV-701B
It won't go! When I charge it, the red light come...

It won't go! When I charge it, the red light comes on for 12 seconds and goes out - no green light come on. It doesn't work after that. I have checked your instructions but they do not seem to come up with any solution. I have cleaned the filter and the brushes, and everything else seems OK. Can you suggest anything?
