troubleshooting honeywell chronotherm IV plus. My thermostat seems to run regalrdsless of temperature settings. It is 10 1/2 years old and has been running fine until this year. It either runs endlessly cold when on air conditioner setting, or fries us endlessly with hot air when it's set to heat. I don't think the thermostat registers anymore.
