old thermostat a janitrol with white to W2 and brown to E. New thermostat is Hunter 44132. where do the white and brown go on new?

0 I already have the manual and it doesn't help. On the janitrol HPT 18-60, the white (w2) and the brown (e) are seperate. In the hunter 44132 manual, both the w2 & the E are listed as aux heat. Does this mean when wiring the new thermostat, do you put both the white & the brown on the same terminal?
