Hi I have a Emerson IF80-0261. I cannot program it...

Hi I have a Emerson IF80-0261. I cannot program it properly. I do not have a manual. I had a temp in the upper right hand corner, now there is nothing but a large temp.display. I have to run it manually by turning the 'heat' on and off. How do I set it for automatic shut off for desired temp. please?
