Question About Stove 001399
Winrich "Dynasty" stove problem...

Our pellet stove drops pellets, but they often build up and smother the flame, even when the damper is adjusted. Thought it was possibly a problem with the blower, however, the blower/fans seem to be working. Previous owner did not leave a manual.

5 Even though I have the manual for my pellet stove, I can't seem to keep it going the way it should automatically feed. I even had a local stove builder make me a new buring pot because mine had cracked and was falling apart. I'd be willing to scan the manual in an e-mail it to you for a small fee for my time spent doing the scanning and emailing each page. e-mail me at jrfries@echoes.net

0 ... forgot to mention, for my immediate question, I probably don't need the manual. Just a little advice. Sounds like you can at least get your stove lit... Does the Dynasty have an auto-ignition feature? If so, how does one use it? Sorry for asking such a newby question but all I see on the control panel is an unlabeled button, a fuel feed control knob, an on/off switch, and a cryptic "manual flow" button. Pushing the magic button does nothing. I've operated wood stoves for over 20 years and am technically savvy but have never owned a pellet stove before. Sure could use a manual - or at least some good advice. Thanks!! - Brian

0 I dont have a Dynasty,but I do have a winrich stove .Had the same problem.It sound like the draft is clogged.Pellet stoves create a fly ash.It is a vary fine ash that is suppose to exhaust.You need to take out fire walls and there should be draft vents that are probbably clogged.Need to vacum all built up ash from them and above on the heat tube.That should solve your problem.Like i said,I had the exact sme problem and that cured it.

0 I have a winrich. When I have a burn problem I take the combustion fan out and clean it. That works for me. I have had no other problem with mine. I like it. Harry

0 Dynasty Stove, Ok so I can start the stove and it runs for like 5 to 8 minutes and shuts down. Auto feed works as it should (I think) not sure if feeder stops.
