I have a fridgidare stove. model number ples389dce and the numbers on the stove are not working. when I press a number it is not using the correct number. Is there a way to reset the stove?

0 Good Afternoon tnksmom, thank you for allowing me to assist you! I see that you are experiencing an issue with the numbers on the display of your Frigidaire range, PLES389DCE. Let’s try resetting you range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is good to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn on your range. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, then you range could possibly have a faulty EOC (Electronic Oven Control) or a potential wiring failure. I am fairly confident that an authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal operating condition. You can often locate a qualified service technician on the manufacturer website.
