i m needing users manuel for model no 247 singersewingmachine im having different issues as far as thecasing for the model is it suppose to bee so wobbly it doesnt want to pull the bottom bobbin throughp feedind throuht sounds real ragaddy does it need adjusting als my motor sounds real hard to tutrn when pressing pedal dont wanna turn
