Hello, I bought a second hand Brother XL3022 and while it has a manual I can't seem to get it to sew correctly. It sews for a couple of cms and then the cotton gets stuck in the bobbin area. It has a small presser foot, but not a large flat one that holds the fabric in place, and no plate underneath either. Not sure if it's meant to as the picture in the manual is unclear. But I thought all machines would have a presser foot to hold the fabric? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Chris
