LOOKING HOW TO OPERATE...

WE JUST MOVED IN AND DON'T KNOW IF IT WORKS OR HOW TO USE IT. THERE SEEMS TO ME SOME TYPE OF MATERIAL IN THE BOTTOM ALMOST LIKE AN ISULATION MIXED IN WITH SAND. NOT SURE WHAT THAT IS.
