I have martin As40 gas logs. The pilot light went out so I turned to off position and cannot turn the control knob back to pilot. Tag says there is a lockout feature. Also says turn counterclckwise (against a stop). Does that mean I should force the knob to turn? Or do I need to unlock somehow?
