4 Any ideas for this problem: the ignitor works, the pilot lights, but if we turn it up above barely on, it goes out and the pilot light goes out too. It seems to work consistently if we leave it on very low, but we have no options to turn it up higher. The logs are one season old and have only done this since we've used them this season.

2 Flames only stays on about 3-5 min before going out. Pilot stays on though. Even with all windows and ceiling fans on it still wont stay on longer than 3-5 min. What's the promblem?

0 Have a different model but the basics are the same. Very poorly written instructions. Make sure the piezo ingitor has a fresh battery installed. Make sure you have gas flow when you turn on the gas. turn knob to pilot and hold for 30 sec if gas has been off for long time. Hold in Piezo ingitor button. You should see sparking. If not, reverse or replace battery. the thermocouple should glow once the pilot lights. Continue to hold in pilot button for additional 10-15 seconds. Turn button from pilot to on position. If the pilot flame is to far away from the thermocouple, it will not glow and gas flow will be inhibited. Make adjustments according to your manual. Hope this helps.
