Looking for the manual on how to set the coals, gas man will not service the fire without it

0 I have the same problem - can't get the fire serviced without the manual for coal setting. Any news on the manual availability?

0 does anyone have this manual, I cannot get my fire serviced, despite the fact it has been serviced by Scottish Gas for around 7 years

0 British Gas will service it, get mine done yearly by them.
