Have RCM 832 cool mist Reli-On. Have cleaned, sanitized and installed new filter. Motor runs well, but no mist is produced. It seems as though something is inhibiting the water from being released into the reservoir. After running for a short time, perhaps an hour or two, the reservoir and filter(which has been soaked per instructions) are completely dry, and water level does not change.
