5 Did you ever get your remote control unit to turn on your unit? If so there are up and down arrows to adapt the temperature and a little fan picture to adapt the fan speed. if you flip it open on the top left hand corner there is a button with four different pictures, snow flake for cold, sun for heat, drop for dry area forgot the other one. if you had to do something to get the remote to work with unit please pass on info, thnxs.

0 We have a unit that we are unable to find the serial number. The remote seems to be working when I turn it on it shows the degree however it is turning the unit on. Can you give me some idea as to what I should do next. the remote has a serial number 6711AR2905F for heatpump on it. other that I don't have a darn manual and it was put in before I bought the house about 4 years ago
