I have a 19 year old Tempstar I want to replace it...

I have a 19 year old Tempstar I want to replace it. It is a spit system BLOWER MODEL NOS. BCM036XKC2, MRF. NBCM036XKC2,STYLE NO. BUA36A. It is setup to down flow. I would like to know you have to replace it with!
