0 http://www.milesstair.com/Aladdin_S571U_Manual.pdf Use this manual to help referance the wick replacement, To get to guts of the S571U all u need to do is take all screws out of base, all the way around the heater, take off face plate over the dial, and take out the tank and glass flame holder, entire casing will now free up and lift off, Now u are free to use what u learned in the above manual to repair/replace wick as the units are mostly identical in nature, only outer casing is different, I know this as i just now did these steps, super easy, i however took out alot if extra screws that i didnt have to, unit comes apart VERY easily, I will report back here with more info on my wick replacement when i go to hardwares to find me a new wick and clean this bad boy up, i hope i dint hace to order a wick but i have already found a website that has them, I have searched high n low on net for the actual user manual for THIS unit not found anywhere, USE the pdf above as reference an my instruction its no brainer Thanks fir looking!
