Question About Gas Heater sx 2e
adjusting the wick...

My mother bought heater new, but it has no manual. Instructions on the side say to adjust wick if flame too high or low but we can only find on and off, no knob or anything to raise / lower wick.

4 There are no knobs to adjust the flame, what you have to do is rotate the chimmney knob side to side in order to adjust the flame to it's correct height. The flames shouldn't flicker too high above the top of the chimmney. Hope this helps.
