Question About Garage Door Opener PCG700ML
Won't close...

Door starts to close but then reverses back. Sensors are fine. New house for me, previous owner did not leave a manual.

5 I just recently had the same exact problem. I called genie and they walked me through a few tests. I ended up changing the sensors and realigned the drive gear inside the motor box. Entire fix took about 20mins. Good luck!
