Question About Garage Door Opener 696 CD/B
REMOTE - LEARN CODE - RADIO SIGNAL...

The remote will not work. I checked the battery; it's ok. I've pressed the Learn Code Button, the Radio Signal blinks, then I press the remote, but the Radio Signal keeps blinking 2/second, then blinks faster before turning off. According to the manual, once the code is entered the Radio Signal Indicator should go solid before I re-press the remote. But no such solid light comes on.
