Question About Chamberlain Garage Door Opener 1245R - 1/3HP
Garage Door Travel...

When I open the Garage Door, it travels too much and it hits the electrical box and then it stops working. I have to release it manually. I minimized the travel distance by adjusting the screw for it. But it seems it didn't help. The garage door works for several times and then it goes back and it does the same thing. What do you think the problem is?

0 Unit is approx 5 yrs old. Came home: door opened but won't close : nothing appearsto be visible wrong.
