Question About Garage Door Opener 601MM
Garage Door...

When I push the button to open the door.....the 1/2 HP motor housing buzzs. It doesn't grind. it is a definite buzz. Can someone let me know what it is?

0 door goes up only three quarters of the way then stops altho motor keeps running. All has been lubracted. What is mechanicallystopping the chain and how do I fix it?
