Question About Furnace KG6RL-100C-16B
Short cycle...

Sometimes after the flame light has been on 30 sec. as the blower fan starts, it shuts off the flame light and exhaust fan and after 2 min. the blower fan stops, the exhaust fan restarts and it goes thru a normal cycle. When the flame light is on, it is intermittently blinking.

5 That solved the flckering flame light, but I still have the rest of the problem.

1 Find and remove the flame sensor. It needs to be cleaned off with emery cloth/fine sand paper. The flickerinfg flame light is a dead give away.
