Question About Electric Heater HC-0104S
Triple Ceramic Heater Manual...

I have the first page of this manual and it does not include the programming portion. The power button does not seem to turn this beast on or off, but is used to determine fan speed. I don't like just plugging in an electrical appliance, especially a heater that is always on. Any help would be wonderful! Many thanks,
