The Model B-50 triple brush shampooer-scrubber was made from 1982-85 by Electrolux (Canada) Ltd. which is now called Aerus Canada, Inc.  You should be able to obtain a copy of the owner's manual from them or from the USA headquarters, Aerus LLC, located in Dallas, Texas.
