Question About Air Conditioner MOB12KR-342
Request for Manual...

12,000 BTU Unit purchased did not have manual in box. Not sure what some electronic indicator lights are. Not sure if need to continue ventilation when using heating. Company has apparently went out of business.

5 I found a lot of Boston Innovative manuals here. You need to ask them for the mob12kr model. => www.manualfox.com

3 I have a owners manual But my unit is now broke and I just boutght it in June and ive not used it too much. so great what to do if there is no parts. you dont need to continue with the ventalation during heating that is what the two round covers are for, but i believe when i started using my heat and placed the covers on is maybe when mine broke it worked fine up to that point. Do you know how to get any parts the fan inside mine is what broke appart.

3 The same with mine. The plastic blower fan is what broke on mine, and I cannot find the part or the company

2 I have one for sale that is working great, we just moved a few months ago and no longer need it but I need cash fast. I have never put the round plastic covers on mine when using it for heat so that is probably what happened . tiffany_medina84@yahoo.com

1 i fixed my with aircraft grade expoxy you need to rinforce the motor with heavier hardware

0 I have checked everywhere hoping that someone may have the fan, The company is out of business and there are no parts. I am looking for a possible close match to try, what do you mean reinforce motor with heavier hardware? I did not use mine for heat. So if anyone finds a suitable alternative fan for this unit please share. If I find a possible suppler I will let you all know. :)

-1 We have had it for about 3 years. It worked great for heat and AC, we never put the covers on it. This week the plastic wheel broke. We are trying to find the part... Any luck for anyone???
