Can't find a manual for this, so don't know how to use it or use the drain hose

5 I still need a manual - if anyone has one they could mail or email me a copy of, I would be willing to pay for it. Don't know how to do anything but set the temp on it.

1 the drain pan fills up after a few hours of use should the cap on the drain hole be left open or should I close the hole. The telephone no. supplied with the manual does not work how can I contact the company by phone?
