Manual needed...

Only a tiny amount of water being extracted and I don't know how this machine works.

5 I phoned B&Q Helpline on 0845 3002577 for a manual for this same model. This model has been discontinued but they emailed me a copy of WDH-820EAH which is the nearest model to the above. Hope they can also help you.
