i have an older a.c. EMERSON QUIET KOOL : WATT WATCHER thats the only writing on it. anyways heres my issue, I live an upstairs condo wich faces ocean blvd. my unit is directly over the main entrance. and its dripping. how do open it up and drain all old water or just open the area with the water
