I have a Trane XL13i air conditioner, built 02/2002. It seems to be working OK but doesn't get as cold as it should (the temp coming up out of the floor vent is about 71 degrees). 1) Can you tell me where to get the owner's and the service manuals? 2) Can you recommend a local service place for my AC? I live in Portland OR, but the Beaverton area would be more convenient. Thank you.
