The tube does not clip into the socket in my new(ish) blue/grey Oreck upright vacuum cleaner and the cap does not hold it in place, in spite of its being clipped in and tightened. What am I getting wrong? (I am an elderly lady living alone and physically (but not mentally!) impaired by multiple sclerosis,so 'finger power' limited. Tube moves up and down and twists when i use, so suction impaired and more noisy than never. (Old XL model was no trouble and wonderful for yonks.) Any advice please?
