Question About Oreck Vacuum Cleaner 2000
My cord is tangled in my vacuum....

My cord is stuck in machine. When it rewound, it somehow got caught above the mechanism. How do I remove the wheels so I can remove the screw and open the unit? This will allow me to untangle the cord.
