Question About Oreck Carpet Cleaner M800q
The cord going into the main container is loose......

The cord going into the main container is loose....we need to remove this electrical cord and we cannot find a way to get it out. It actually has a small black rectangle rubber housing around it. We tried to pull that out but nope! So how do we get this cord out of the main housing unit?
