How can I oil my Omega Sew and Go Sewing Machine?...

How can I oil my Omega Sew and Go Sewing Machine? I have a Sew and Go that hasn't been use for about 8 years and am in the process of teaching my granddaughter how to sew. It sounds a little laboured and I have the oil ready to go before we start.
