Hi, Omega smoke alarm EXI3786, was beeping. change...

Hi, Omega smoke alarm EXI3786, was beeping. changed the battery but continued beeping intermittently. Removed from the hard wiring, removed the battery, still it beeps intermittently . Quite funny, no power whatsoever. Any idea, advice? Thanks.

0 Try holding down the test button for 30 seconds after replacing the battery. I was told that this resets it memory.
