I HAVE AN OLYMPIA MODEL AH24 INSTALLED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. THIS UNIT DOES NOT PUT OUT HOT WATER, FAIRLY WARM, BUT NOT HOT. TO GET IT TO WARM I HAVE TO CUT THE FLOW OF WATER OUT OF THE SHOWER FAUCET. I LIVE IN MIDDLE TN. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET HOT WATER?
