when the outside temps went below zero the garage door stopped working properly and now I have to hold in the button on the wall until it's up a quarter of the way and it will go up the rest of the way other then that it only goes up about 8 inches and goes back down. To put the door down I have to unplug the door opener and when I plug it back in the door goes down like I'm overriding a safety switch
