I have a Nordyne/Miller furnace model G5RA096C-16....

I have a Nordyne/Miller furnace model G5RA096C-16. It will not start when called for heat. The control board has a continuous red light. Is my control board bad?

0 my control board keep blowing the 3amp fuse.
