I have a 12 year old all-in-1 Nordyne gas furnace/AC . Model number is illegible. Occasionally it will stop working and the LED flashes constantly. Cycling the 220 VAC power will fix it until it happens again usually a few days later. Any suggestions or possible model numbers? I am an electrical and controls engineer and am confident I could fix or replace whatever needs fixed or replaced with a little guidance, user manual, or schematic. Thank you for reply. Gary Olix. I can send a photo tomorrow.

0 My furnace is 240 VAC not 120 VAC. Is there another schematic for that ? Also, I notice that for continuous red LED flashing, the condition is "False Flame or Gas Valve Relay Shorted". How is false flame corrected? by replacing the flame sensor? likewise for shorted gas valve relay ? Just replace it ? I suspect the advice to clean flame sensor with emory cloth is a good one and I will do that. Thanks !
