Question About Nordyne Furnace E3EB-015H
electric furnace will not stop heating...

One or two times a month heat will not kick off. Talking about the heating element its self will not shut off. I have to turn off the power wait about an hour turn the power back on and everything is fine. I have replaced both of the limit switches the blower relay switch and thermostat.

0 gots to be a relay latching and not coming unlatched. Backsearch the wire and then check the relay coil contacts for power. There shouldn't be any when the therm doesn't call for it. Solution? Get a new relay and if there's a cap in the circuit replace it too.
