Just replaced thermost at on my nordyne E3EB-017H ...

Just replaced thermost at on my nordyne E3EB-017H central air/heat unit with a honeywell RTHL111 series thermostat and the fan runs constantly whats the problem.maybe diagram of wiring would help

5 is the fan set to auto or on? If fan is set to on it will run all the time.
