NORDYNE Outside Central Air ConditionProblems!...

Hi! I'm Having A Slight Problem! The Air Concitioner Will Not Come On! I Switched Out The 40 Amp Breaker. The Old Breaker Is Bad. I Am Only Getting 74 Volts Coming Into The Unit.I Took Ou All The Breakers On One Side Of The Panel,But I Am Not Sure I Put Them Back In The Right Place.How Do I Put Them Back In The Right Place?E-MailAddress-martinmaddox23@yahoo.com

0 My Nordyne Model # 155BD0224KA The Second # Is919371FXL0198-DWill Not Come On! The Voltage Coming Into The Unit Is 74 Volts. The Breaker Is Bad So I Replaced It! I Took All The Breakers Off The Panel On The Right Side I Am Trying To Put Them Back Into The Right Slots But I Don't Know Where They Go Back! Also There Are No Reset Buttons On The Air Conditioner Inside Or Outside On The Airconditioner.
