model # MIG0056ABW central heater and air .. the h...

model # MIG0056ABW central heater and air .. the heat and air is turned off the ventailation is set to auto, is it suspose to come on and just blow air thru the vent not hot or cold air but from outside if the temp gets to high in the trailer ?
