i have a 5yr old nordyne self contained air cond unit that was working fine until we lost power in storm and now the blower and top fan will run slowly for a minute and then will run at regular speed but i dont hear the compressor kick in at all and no cool air..the fans will run for about a minute and slow again like a relay cooled and is trying to start comp. again..
