Question About Napoleon Fireplaces Furnace OS11
need manuel for OS10 / 11...

I have a Warnock Hersey Model F400 Dover oil stove. these oil stove look exactly the same as mind. I need help adjusting the flame. mine has a very orange flame.

0 On my Dover if i get a large orange flame it means my needle valve in the carbarater is set too high. Also possible your draft is open too high. Are you aware the chimney should only be3-4 inches in diameter?

0 My catalytic centre piece is melting and i need to replace it but they are obsolete. mine is roughly 6 inches in diameter and 10 inches tall. it has a screen inside and an outer screen. any help here would be appreciate.
