I have model 1008lkdl and just removed my phone line. The panel now has a flashing 3 code indicating a failed communication to the monitoring station. I tried resetting it by holding down (9) which clears it temporarily but within min it starts blinking again. The manual that I downloaded does not cover this issue. Any help out there?
