We moved house in June 2008 and had new carpets fitted throughout, so my machine was'nt used. Today I thought I would give the soiled areas a clean, and assembled everything, filled with water, switched on but when it was ready to use I could'nt get the machine to operate at all - nothing happened, can you tell me if this can be fixed at all.
