Do you have a user manual for a Goblin Rio 1000 type number 3101B? A generic manual for Goblin vacuum cleaners of this vintage would probably do. Ours was bought for use in a private static caravan about 10 years ago, and went into storage when my daughter bought her own home and needed a bigger machine. This one is in perfect condition, but is needed again, but cant find out how to change the dust bag!
