Any info about a really old MW sewing machine with...

Any info about a really old MW sewing machine with the number H220870? I'm interested in the age and anyone selling one of that type. The machine seems to be "frozen". Wheel will not make the needle go up an down and the belt is broken because of this. How do I free it up?
